On the brink of insanity.

Hi there,
i have just bought me a Lifan 200 cc 4-t engine to put in a Honda Cbc 125 frame. Thing is i got the engine in parts. Very small parts... :?
So i could use a exploded wiev chart over the transmisson at least, does anybody know of a site/store that sells it?
Oh, and one more thing, is it correct that this type of engine dont have got any cam-axel? :?:
Very grateful for any help i can get.
Thanx!

The older lifan 200 is a OHV pushrod design. The newer models have an OHC design.

I would look for the honda parts breakdown for the cb125. It is going to be pretty close most likely. Also I think that is going to be a pretty straightforward swap.

On a related topic, I am trying to find the specs (dimensions) for the engines Hooper sells, and he will not answer my E-mail.

Maybe he has all the money he needs and doesn't want mine . . .

Winwun. If you need me to measure something from my bike let me know.

Thanks for the offer, Allen, but what I am needing is rather involved.

I have an old (73, I think) Honda 50 w/an auto 2 sp, and I am interested in changing out the engine and putting in one of the 110 4 sp autos like came on my GY-3.

I need the dimensions for mounting, sprocket placement, carb clearance, ground clearance, front fender clearance, etc.

I may give Larry a call since he doesn't answer his e-mail's.

My wife just came in the office and since she handles all the paper-work around this place, I asked her to look up the paper-work from Hooper so I could get his phone and she did it quickly.

Hooper Imports, LLC 1-425-445-1608, for the convienience of board members.
