Way to street title tm35 in Illinois?

I just purchased a trailmaster tm 35, my first Chinese dirtbike! My primary use will be off road, but I was wonder if there's any way to street title this bike. I've heard of going out of state and other round about ways of going by this, but am wondering if anybody has gone through the process of street titling a dirtbike in illinois? mclean county to be specific. I'd like to occasionally take it down the road if I get that itch. Like I said even I'd I have to go out of state and or jump through some hoops, is this possible?

As a former resident of IL, pretty much every loop hole has been closed.... if the mco/title has any sort of verbage of dirt bike, off road etc, you are up the creek... i lucked out with my roketa, purchased second hand, and was originally titled in WI, the title stated motorcycle, if not for that, the dmv wanted to reject the bike based off the vin...
