I’m thinking about ordering a Ice Bear Champion. What would be the best dealer to order from? Why or why not should I stay away for them. What’s a better option? Thanks for any help.

Here we go again. I've always wanted one of these. It says "CARB approved for registration", BUT does that mean off-road registration only? Guess I'll have to call them......
