I really like the Chrome Battery brand, they use honest ratings (if not under rate) and their AGM batteries are very inexpensive. Never had a problem with them.

www.chromebattery.com

This is the one I had in my scooter for 2 years and it's capacity hasn't diminished at all.

Factory battery is 6.5AH so the AGM 6AH does just fine. It's 130CCA Couldn't find anything else anywhere that would fit. Our HUGE battery distributor couldn't even find a regular battery. Everything i found was 1/4" to long or waaay to tall. Can't find ANYWHERE on line to search by size either.........

Found the same size in the Chrome Battery brand. I may give it a try.

Bought another shift lever as the one that I got wasn't much longer than the stock one. It works though so I will keep it as a spare for if/when I break one.

What exhaust did you decide to go with?, I haven't had any problems with my shift lever but I'm converting my hawk over to a (hydraulic clutch), I also installed a new battery in mine the stock one is junk, I went with a (Battery Tender 240c) among other mods, The exhaust & a (Mikuni carb) will really bring the hawk to life

What Hydraulic Clutch did you get? I am looking at upgrading the Bashan WILL to a HC for the Mrs... it's a super easy pull on the clutch and all, I just need "more precise control" and "hydraulics" has always been the answer for me

The one I have been eyein is almost $60 shipped and I know the Mrs. isn't going to like the 'hefty price tag', as I see other HC Kits going for about half that price (mid $30 and low $40s delivered)

Nice man! Be sure to post up a review, I may look into these myself if they work out for you. What clutch line did you order?

I put the Battery Tender batteries in my CBR1100XX and Ducati 999s and they're spectacular. Do check that your charging voltage is within the battery's acceptable range before taking the plunge.

What is the advantage of a hydraulic clutch? Is it more clamping force?

I installed my chain/sprocket/shift lever.
