Hawk 250 in the snow

Last Saturday was sunny and in the 60s, Monday we got a couple feet of snow that pretty much shut the city down for a few days here in CO.

Saturday:

Tuesday after the snow had finally finished:

Took the opportunity to play around a bit in the deep snow with the bike, didn't make it much further than the end of my block, mostly just tried to do donuts and whatnot:

Nice! You need one of those China snow mobiles from the other thread.

I was thinking the same thing regarding the Taotao snowmobile. I am guessing a cheap 250cc Taotao or Haosen ATV would be fun for the snow.

I'm thinking ATVs are better for the snow than dirt bikes!

next time it snows here, I'll get my hawk out!

ATV's can be crazy fun in the snow. Dry powdery stuff if only a few inches especially. If it gets slushy too easy to get stuck

Thanks for sharing the fun video.

Wouldn't it be great to have one of those bikes with the snowmobile swingarms?

I'm just trying to get my money's worth out of the hawk, lol. I'd love one of those Taotao snow-mobiles, been seeing some of their ATVs locally on craigslist but nothing yet on the snow machines.
