Help for front gear 14t (zs177mm/nc250/by xmotos xz250rm)

Found that our Rx3 front gear 14t im very happy, because my verison is 13t, well before mounted i make training fit or problem 14t, but i fear very tight place of front gear possition.

İm wonder ours RX3 to tight tolarance from front gear? looks at photo and help please/idea's.

""" İ wait for yours rx3 front pictures 14t please sending here, maybe left case totaly different idk, help.""""

Original 13t front gear.

Rx3 14t front gear. ( 1,2mm max very close )

Original 13t (right), and RX3 14 t(left) front gears, ofcourse 14t feel bigger.(normal )

Old scare of clutch arm hole/case, chain rupture / breaking off

İ cant give up, but how to make relax work area for 14t gear?, i think/idea a bit chipped/shaved clutch arm case, what u think?

İ feel 14t if a bit wave chain broked clutch arm case/hole ,

Are you sure you installed the front sprocket correctly? Our bikes in the United States arrive with the front sprocket installed in the opposite orientation.

Thank u very much, this photo and washer possition description my all problem or 2. sector of chasis dirt/sm version for rear sprocket alingment.

2 years than i used chains sprockets... supermoto vrison used high speed on roads, high rpms, 150+kmh.. if this theroy many time i miss deadly positions.. but im shore factory coming other side, and stock/original sprocket not have safety washer and washer hole, just nut and circle washer....... piuvvvvv god thnx save me, and my back seat fish hunt friend many time crash and other citiutaions..

Every time unlucky chain crash on bike, but now i understand thank u Spud Allah/God/Cosmos or.. bless u thank u.

2014 onroad chain crash leg punch,( speed: 50-60 kmh) plastic cover worked and save great.(do not remove it ..)

2 year on photo 4x chain died, not most quality but last4x "H" type, all explain and now understand now.

Yep now ok , " WASHER " position explained all, badluck, my original sprockets not have safety washer hole, and im sure 100% factory mount fail( or for dirt version chasisi rear alligment..)

.

It is nice to see everyone help other riders.

Co2's wonderful pictures have shown the quality of Zongshen engines.

It is good when some other person can help back.

Good catch, Spud.

Great tip and catch failure thankyou Spud

2 years than i used 13 t standart front gear, rear is changed 42-40-51= torq is good, but driving up to 20 km roads bored and if need speed=high rpm.

13 t is for dirt/cross/enduro ride great choice , but much better long gear ratio and motocycle healt= 14 t amazing.

6. gear system and 14 t front 40 t rear , supermoto type 130 kg max weight(80kg driver) 210-230kg my bike = wonderfull result great work.sweeping/breathtaking
