feel bad when i send people low ball offers so here is what i do..
i email them saying i dont want to make a low ball offer on what you have for sale. so here is what i have, if it doesnt sell and gets to the point where you will accept that. save my email address and hit me up, my offer is a standing offer that way you give the seller the option to take it or not, and it gives them some time to try and sell it at their asking price
