And Loncin builds the RE250. Which is a counterbalanced 6spd CB250... which is what the bike has, as stated in the ad.

I really like the duel rear shocks for cargo and all the racks front, back and both sides on this bike. I could drive to a national park load this thing up, throw my little wife on the back and ride to a awesome camp site right next to the perfect fishing hole......I gotta wake up cause that is one heck of a dream.

I wonder why Shineray doesn't throw in one of their engines? They have one really nice liquid-cooled 250 endure talked about by ex-pats on mychinamoto.com, so the engine is there. I think 10 years ago one Canadian ex-pat bought this cargo Shineray as discussed on mychinamoto, but his forks snapped, and it turned out there were a few others in China with that bike with snapped forks. If I recall, he had Shineray put 150 badges on it because for some reason that was more acceptable at the time to Chinese authorities than the stock 22Xcc (don't recall the exact engine Shineray made). We all wanted one initially, but that defect kind of turned us off. But Shineray did make up for it with their liquid-cooled bike. I believe that bike is the X5.

My quote was without the RE250 Engine. the RE cost hundreds of dollars more then the 5 speed CB Engines from Loncin. The quote is for a Loncin CBH 125cc with Delphi EFI and better rims and swing arm.

I can get an RE250 for $508. The part that kills it is the $400 freight charges.

That is a very good price, but you would be gambling trying to import a non EPA Engine. Customs will seize it if they find it. Like I may have said before it must be a CKD Engine not a complete engine to import.

Which is why I havent pulled the trigger. If I can find a bike using that engine sold in the U.S. then I would eventually order one. Otherwise, not going to gamble with nearly $1000
