Just noticed that All Balls has a link to a size chart on their main page. Look at #6 on the list, 45mm OD. You need to check your ID to see if this will work.

Beat me to it. They have a size chart for their bearings and seals I believe. Shouldn't be too hard to find a match. They may even have a kit that will work. Just contact them and see what they have.

Thanks. I sent them a message. If i recall with my Templar X, i had to install the tapered bearings that came with the bike during install and they slid right on the stem and didn't need to be forced into the neck, so whatever size is the right one for the Brozz should also slide in smoothly against the neck. I'm thinking if my neck ID is for example 43mm (1.73") then the bearings OD should be 43mm (1.69).. is that the right train of thought?

Almost every tapered roller neck bearing I have ever installed need a tiny bit of help into the hole. It should be a light interference fit, ideally. Usually some time in the freezer or on dry ice will make them slide right into place. You do not want them to be loose.

Here's the official response from AllBalls:

"Sorry but we do not unfortunately.

So i ordered a 100 pack of 3/16" ball bearings, i'll just put it back to stock (20 top and 20 bottom) and if it ever happens again will have bearings to replace them. I think someone else will have to experiment as my son is getting impatient to ride

Update.. received the package of ball bearings today and was able to re-install as it should be (20 top / 20 bottom).. tightened snug and then buttoned all back together.. with the wheel off the ground she turns side to side like butter now, exactly as it was when stock.. Great Success!

Next up, i think the rear master cylinder seals may be bad as it intermittently loses pressure. Have a replacement on order.. seems like as others have said, its the little things that start creeping up over time, in my case, alittle over 2 years 4500 miles
