Hummer my a,./;'#se its a Bashan 250 (223cc), drain plugs on the left side,theres a inline mesh filter ,becarefull,its allways drops in the old oil.Beware fitting a smaller rear sprocket,the clearance between chain &swingarm is zero ,,,phil

i just bought this same bike its red i got the wiring harness set up took a while but its hooked up right but it still wont start took the carb apart there was a bunch of ish in it cleaned it out but still no luck any thoughts?

Welcome!

You say that the wiring harness is correct now; do you have spark?
When you cleaned the carb bowl, did you clean the jets and the jet passages?
