250 x31 no spark problem

just got a gio 250 x31 not sure what year it is has a new wiring harness but cant any spark have 2 cdi's tried both of them checked all of the wiring harness connectors start switch brake switch and stop switch with an ohm meter all is good anybody know the voltages and resistance of the cdi coil or stator

Let's start with the simplest and easiest stuff. Have you tried a new genuine NGK plug? Have you removed the spark plug wire to test it? Have you checked for voltage on the terminals of the coil while cranking?
