thanks Kat, so by using smaller bolts to mount engine it gave it enough slop between the 3 engine mounting bracket holes to relieve the stress on the rocker cover . I never would of though of that. I wonder if you could go in with a round file an elongate the mounting bracket holes above the rocker cover ???? to accomplish same thing? Never heard of this problem before here, rj

PS: rereading wilsoncheah's post above, do they fix it by leaving the top mounting bolt out altogether??? That can't be good.
Do you have a link I could read about this problem in Malaysa?
