 These panniers are a good deal for people living in Latin America. Please do let us know if you discover more about the mounting system for these panniers.Given the cost of shipping, the Tusk Panniers from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC are probably less expensive for people living in the United States, or Canada. https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...=tusk+panniers
