The HiFlow filter website lists the dimensions of all their oil filters. If anyone wishes to search the catalog, he might be able to find an equivalent oil filter for the RX3.

The people at CSC are always very helpful. I just talked to Gerry in the service department, and he told me the thread for the radiator fan switch is 16 mm in diameter. These switches will occasionally fail, so It's good to have a spare switch on hand. However, these switches are always sold with the complete radiator, rather than alone.

I believe the following, radiator fan switch is equivalent to the switch employed by the Zongshen RX3. It is a switch designed for the following Suzuki and Kawasaki motorcycles.

Suzuki

GSX-R600 97-05
GSX-R750 96-08
VL/VZ800 01-11
DL1000 V-Strom 03-09
GSX-R1000 01-04
SV1000 03-07
TL1000R/S 98-03
GSX-R1300 “Hayabusa” 99-07

Kawasaki

Ninja ZX-6R 2003-2004
ZX636 2003-2004
ZX600 2003-2004

Does the connector look the same to you, Spud?

Yes it does. Here are some photos of the connector from the CSC website.

It seems the Delphi 28086011, Delco 12232201 MAP sensor is equivalent to the MAP/MAT sensor of the Zongshen RX3. Just make sure you get a 4-pin connector (MAT). It's best if the sensor has a sticker which labels the 4 pins: VOut, 5V, MAT, GND.

It seems the solenoid purge valve for the evaporative emissions canister is the Delphi 1997278, ACDelco 214-641 unit.

The Shorai LFX19A4-BS12 lithium iron battery is a good fit for the RX3 battery box. The length and width fit exactly and it comes with foam spacers to prevent vertical movement. It's a 19 amp-hour battery with 285 CCA.

The shifter lever from a KLX250 is almost an exact fit. You can find them with a folding tip for under $30.

The XR650 shift lever also fits, but FYI the aftermarket ones are a bit longer ... better for bigger feet/boots.

The front sprocket from a DR250/350 will fit. It comes in 13T, 14T and 15T.

Thanks Joel! Is that a true fit, or just *good enough* fit?

I don't know for sure ... I haven't tried it myself. But I saw it in a Facebook comment, so it must be true!
