13/45 - Chain Length

For those that have gone to the 13T/45T combo, can you tell me if the stock chain worked as far as length?

Thank you!

I did the swap out and had no issues what so ever. When I adjusted the chain for the new setup it took very little to adjust.

I am running a 13T/46T sprocket configuration, and the stock, 110-link chain barely fit, even though it was slightly worn. If installing a new drive chain, I would order a 112-link chain for the 13T/46T sprocket combination, but a 13T/45T sprocket combination should always work with the stock chain length.

I'm running the 13/45 sprockets with 112 link chain.

The 112 link chain is a great chain length for the RX3. It's confirmed compatible with these configurations and maybe others:
  • 13T / 44T
  • 13T / 45T
  • 13T / 46T
  • 14T / 44T
  • 14T / 45T

That's great to know. It will be a bit before I have a 112 on hand as I plan on running the stock chain till it dies and I have a 110 link that I had gotten when I ordered the bike from CSC. Once that one is on, my spare will be a 112. Thanks!
