Seems a unneeded complication on such small and easy to use cable clutch on these 250's. i don't know just my thought?

my roketa is on its 3rd cable in just under a year and a half... thankfully rhey jave all broken on pre ride checkovers and not along my 30 mi commute.... that's where my interest is for a hydro clutch....

How much was it for each cable? I'm sure you are right around the cost of a ('cheap') Hydraulic setup already... and you would only have to change out a few cents worth of DOT4 or Mineral Oil every 2 or so years with a Hydraulic Clutch

Check your pivot hole in the handle where the cable end sits. Sounds like a burr not allowing the cable end to pivot. That was an early Victory issue. "The Dreaded Burr".

around $8 a cable shipped from a us warehouse... i will probably piece my own clutch together as i want to match my custom brake lever....LOL and the el cheapo slaves are a bear to bleed....

they break about an inch from the cable end in the lever... first thing i checked is that the ball can pivot.it may be hitting a ridge, but at this point, i have been wanting a hydro clutch anywho, because i have extra heavy clutch springs.... and i had a hydro on my old pocket bike.... man that was a beast....would do 67 mp[h gps confirmed.... race cam, vm26 carb, straight thru exhaust... pic for posterity...LOL
