that part attaches to the frame and the plastics on the gas tank, it is essentially the front mount for those plastics.
mine took a bit of tweaking to get it to fit right. so bolts to the frame just in front of the gas tank, below the tank and bolts attacges to both tank plasitcs.. i can take a pic for you if you still cant see it.. |

Alright, got that figured out. Now to figure out why the horn and front right turn signal isn't working.
