Good review. Judging by the video, this is the bike that JP Motorsports loaned out for the review.

That was a very interesting review, Ron.

If you win the Megelli, I wouldn't worry too much about the kick stand; you might not ride as aggressively as the reviewers.

Even if you do ride that aggressively, it shouldn't be too hard to modify the kick stand to eliminate the problem.
