By the way, Mudflap,

Your one of the few good and smart pilots who are still flying and thinking on your own, successfully. It seems, there are either idiots who take crazy risks, that unfortunately cath them soon enough, OR like you and I, figure out our risk levels, and do whatever we must, before AND while flying, to stay within our comfort/safety envelope...much like riding a motorcycle ON ROAD.

I stopped riding for many years, started back after I got a bit bored with flying (for a while). I think its much more a risk, on road riding, than flying a good, properly engineered aircraft, UL or otherwise. However, at 58 yrs old, facing a serious disease that I'm unsure of its outcome, or what the "cure" has awakened in me, or killed my ability to fight off, etc, I'm thinking, its a good risk, again, vs reward. ALso, quality of death, is an issue., I've considered. Fast (wreck, hopefully) or slow, seeing your muscles eat themselves, smelling ammonia, knowing thats those yrs in the gym, dissolving.! Tough, & NOT fun.The worst was not caring because of being too tired to clean up, and barely keeping hygiene, even, after being obsessive re clean home and vehicles.
Thats terrible, and now, I think I'm getting better, seeing how sloppy and shitty I was living is weird, really. How did I get there and be OK with it? I never seriously thought of ending it, but I'm not sure why in retro...I guess life gets waay more precious when you're running out of it! hehe

Anyway, let me know how or if you need parts or whatever if you're still flying. I have a spare 582 in a crate (used) and some rebuild parts I won't need now.

The Minben has arrived in Shanghai. It should find a berth to dock very shortly.

Shanghai has a population of over 24 million people.

The Shanghai Tower is 2,073 feet high, making it the second tallest building in the world. Construction was completed late last year, and the building will open to the public in the middle of this year.

If you suffer from acrophobia, don't watch the following video.

The next best thing to visiting China, is owning a Zong.

Forget about that glass ball descending at Times Square in New York City. The entire Shanghai Tower was lit up on New Year's Eve to count down the arrival of 2015.

Nine people on probably a 200cc or less motorcycle. That is why the luggage racks are so strong.

I guess It not "safety first there;)!

Maybe safety last! hehe Like that "custom bucket seat" as well.

Thats definitely why the bikes have to be so "beefy" and heavy. Thats a huge load. Those tires must be overloaded by a factor of 3 or so, I'm thinking... Wow!

Eight of the seventeen tallest skyscrapers in the world are located in China, with one of them in Hong Kong. Three of the seventeen tallest skyscrapers are located next to each other in Shanghai.

(2) Shanghai Tower
(7) Shanghai World Financial Center (a.k.a. The Bottle Opener)
(17) Jin Mao Tower
