Wisconsin Vitacci Spark 150 Registered

Same process I used in my other write up on my TBR7 2021, my wife's Vitacci Spark 150 is officially titled, registered and has plates arriving in the mail. Documents were mailed June 22nd and became official on July 13th. Total cost was $262 and some change.
