Is this bike street legal in California?

Since this dealer is located in California, I'm assuming the bikes they list and sell must meet the CARB rules and regulations.
Nice looking bike!

Yep, happened to notice "that thing with the chain" and decided it was "special" as far as these 229's go

Panic...thanks for the clarification clear as mud

NoNone...zong pump, that's a thing of beauty , right?

2LZ, knew you would like it.

From what ive learned here, I just know it's worth a little more horses/ torque's.

Seeing this ohc is healthy for the segment. This means there is interest and that it is driving the market for differentiation and innovation among the competitors

I see this as a signal as more to come.

That would be nice but I'm not holding my breath. Hawks and Storms also come from Superior Power Sports and Power Sports Max, both located in So Cal....but I can't buy them here. They ship out of state.
Hopefully you're right though. There's a massive market here.

Over head cam engine and street tires. Just the thing for guys looking for street speed. Should be able to get in the high 70's or low 80's with a little gentle persuasion. You street runners should be overjoyed. It is only just short of twice as many dollars as a Hawk. There is even a song called "Sunny".
