Yes, I certainly will take photos. If you have a Zongshen 200GY-2, or one of the Qingqi/QLink bikes that employs USD forks, you can learn a lot by referring to the Brazilian, Qingqi Service Manual. Although this manual is written in Portuguese, it is still easy to understand. You can obtain the Brazilian Service Manual at the following link.

http://www.mychinamoto.com/downloads...Portuguese.pdf

The USD fork information begins in Section 15 of this service manual.

Hola Spud, I need to service my vento´s fork. According to your post the songzhen uses an oil seal 30x50x11 mm. I searched on skf but the stores only have 30x50x10mm and wonder if I could use this size.

Gracias

I suggest you use the fork oil seals for the 2009 Honda CRF150R, as I mentioned in the following thread.

You're welcome. Initially, I didn't catch your mistake on the size. Here are some links to eBay vendors for the correct, fork oil seal.

Hola, I service the forks with the oil seal size recomended by spud and humanbeing. I used REPSOL 10W. The bike improved and rides better than the old and leaking oil seals. I am confused with the black smoke coming from the exhaust (the outlet and right turning light are black) and white plug. According to the experts, black smoke means rich mixture and white plug lean mixture. I am using mikuni 120 and needle carb on 4th notch. I know 120 is very small but I found the 137.5 and the bike does not run beyond 70 km. Using the 120 the bike reaches 100 km. I will buy the jets ASAP to fix the problem but could someone explain why white plug and black smoke?

Gracias

When are you actually seeing black smoke? Only at idle, or also at wide open throttle?

In fact, I can´t see the smoke only build up at the exhaust´s outlet and turning light. i shortened the exhaust 1.5 inches to avoid smoke build up.

I recommend a plug chop at cruising speed.
