Beautiful machine! Thanks for the tour.

I appreciate all of the details in the graphics. I've never seen lever covers like that; where'd you find them? Is that skid plate stock?

That is the stock skid plate. Q uses a pretty beefy aluminum skid plate

My NEW Qlink XF200

Thanks All - The lever covers were purchased from http://www.denniskirk.com or http://www.jpcycle.com not sure which once can't remember. The Skid plate is pure stock - Came that way. The Picture actually accents it more I think thats why it stands out so much. I am looking forward to getting some road time, as soon as all this snow melts up here in PA, But looks to be no time soon. Todays high was 9 Degrees. Can anyone Pleeeeeeeese send us some sunshine and warmer weather soon? I wanna Ride!

My Qlink XF200

Thanks David - Thats pretty much how she used to look minus the orange Skid Plate. The Black headlight I have on it now is AFTER MArket. I Did Find a Orange Seat cover with Just a strip of black on the top of it. Wonder what that might look like? LOL

Thanks AGAIN

Andrew

I took my Q out for a desert ride this morning. It did surprisingly well on tight single track trails. However, the speedometer cable broke on my way home. I just ordered a new one online for around $25 so its an easy fix. Only problem so far, and still no complaints.

Pics of today's ride:

I'd say nearly 100% of Q speedo cables fail  . A Q replacement cable will also fail. I upgraded to one for a Suzuki DR200SE and it was much higher quality and has held up well.

Nice bike you have there! I love my Q also. It looks like you had a nice day for a ride also.

Beautiful scenery! Looks like a great place to ride. Wish we didn't have 2 feet of snow.

Cheers,
Stew

Forgot to mention, I ordered a DR200SE cable....Im hoping it lasts longer than the 800km the Q cable did! :P

Wow! You got 800KM on one cable! That's pretty good. :P

You will see the Suzuki cable is much more flexible, more 'supple' and much smoother. I expect it would last for many years.

Aftermarket Headlight for My Qlink XF200

I Did NOT see any names i.e. Acerbis etc......but I believe it to be one or a Duplicate of one. LOL Here is a Picture of it. My Son picked it out for me on Ebay as a Christmas present. My Plans are to leave the orig turn signals in tact and wire the built in ones on the headlight as running lights. Leaving the Bulbs AMBER to match the rest of the color Scheme. Some of the Wireing and Adapters need changed around but should be no big Deal. Here is the Picture of the Aftermarket light:

I also have alot more pics and a write up of this on MCM- Check it out:
