Ya beat me to it! Pretty decent work so far. I might have left the exhaust port a little smaller at the exit to account for the copper gasket flattening out a bit, but it should still be pretty close.

If you deck .7mm, (.0276") that should put the compression right around 9.7:1 (give or take a tenth of a point.

You could still remove some material from the port roof leading up to the valve guide, and around the sides of the guide as well to open that point up a bit more.

Have any pictures of the runner bowls from the combustion chamber side after the port work. I have been contemplating how to attack them with mine.

You must be at elevation if you were running a 100 main jet after the port work, especially with that exhaust.

I am waiting for my new carbide burrs and some sanding rolls to get here so I can attack my head.

My plans are a bit more aggresive for the ports at the valve guides and bowls. There is a lot of material that can be removed there.

I also plan on decking .035 and smoothing the ridges down around the valve seats to unshroud them a little bit. (hoping to end up around 9.6-9.8ish) and polish the heck out of the chamber and exhaust port.

I have another week until I even get home to start my head. Stupid adult responsibility called work...

Looks good. Nothing too aggressive I see, just nice and blended/evened out.

I can feel the extra 3-5 horsepower. Its running better with the 105 main jet, a 100 main jet was too rich in summer. I've been running a 98 main. I might try a 110 only because its cold now.
