Max rpm 110?

Just curious if anyone knows what the safe max rpm is on a Tao Tao 110? I am going to buy a tachometer for it so I don’t blow it up lol this thing screams at wide open throttle. It says it makes max torque at 5500rpm but it sounds like it’s turning way more than that and doesn’t seem to have a rev limiter.

8000 RPM is surely safe.
