Fonta Hawk??

Anyone ever heard of a Fonta Hawk? Someone posted a review of the new Madass 125 and said that they bought the Fonta Hawk for a lot cheaper. I searched the net and can't find a Fonta Hawk anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Eric

My first motorcycle was a 1979 Honda Hawk II. However, I have never heard of a Fonta Hawk, until now. There is a reference to the Fonta Hawk moped in the comment posted at the bottom of the following link.

The Honda is essentially interchangeable with my 1977 KZ400. Good memories, hih Spud?

Indeed, thinking about my 1979, Honda Hawk does bring back fond memories, Doc; I had a lot of fun on that motorcycle!

I saw one on UK E-bay, must be 2 years since now. It was cleverly described to make you think it was the real thing (Sachs). Couldn't find any info on it back then.

Jonathan.

The prices on these are a trip, I’m thinking about getting one and keeping it on my Uncles in Ireland. Cheaper than renting one….I like the name of these Madass, you suppose maybe everyone that buys one ends up being a mad ass?
