Reminds me when I was a Corpsman with the Marines!

Back in 1990, I was a Navy Corpsman attached to the Marines at Camp Lejune. When we are traveling in hummers, the Corpsman are always in the back of the line. When we came to a mud hole, the rest of the hummers would stay to one side of the mud hole. Not me! I would wait for all the rest of the hummers to clear the mud, rev it up and plow right through the middle! The Chief Petty Officer in Charge used to say, “You want to make Doc Ollie happy, just give him a hummer and some mud!”
