Hey how goes?

My handle is Dakados, Dak to friends. I've had many many bikes, trikes and quads in my past. Not so much these days; However, now I was given a quad I'm excited about, though it has few markings to ident. it. So here I am for you all to tell me what it is so I can rebuild it. HAHAHA.
And, I can likely offer some aid on questions others have.

Dak

Welcome, Dak! I haven't been on the lonely Highway 40 since it was a high grade road. I'll bet it is paved with four lanes now.

40 is just a 2 lane, mostly un-kept and no shoulders. Every trip is a white-knuckle ride

Ty for the greetings all!

Further Info...

I guess I could actually add more info...

My first bike was a YZ80 I bought myself, I was 11.
Since then I've had it175, xt175, xt250, xs400s, xs1100s, various sleds and a Honda trike.
Currently I have a 200cc Beast which was given to me.

I've had every brand of vehicle + I can, and am licensed to drive, any vehicle except an airplane.

My career has been heavy into vehicles, mostly dealing in auto service and parts, most recently Oilfield parts and supplies.

I am currently handicapped due to a botched surgery which has lead to repeated surgeries and therapies, pain is my life, but I don't really talk about that. lol

So now you know me,
Dak

I forgot location,
I'm in Grande Cache, AB, Canada... Home of "The Great Canadian Death Race", which is a foot race BTW.
Our Elevation reported as 1,280m. We're N/W Alberta... 'Spit on BC' kinna close and in a 'bowl' of mountains.

Welcome, Dak! There's two or three lifetimes of reading on this forum, so the collective wisdom you find here should be able to help you with your new Quad. Throw some pictures up and we'll try to get you pointed in the right direction. As far as licenses go, take it from me, it would be cheaper to have a drug habit than an aviation habit...
