Welcome!

I just replied to your other post, but then you deleted it.

I recently installed a new muffler and header on a Baja Dirt Runner 50, and it was very simple. The cost of a new muffler is about the same as a complete system. Here's an example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Muffler-Exha...171caa&vxp=mtr

The plastics are removed in the pic, so it's easy to see how it's mounted.

It sure looks like it will. If you look at the pic of the yellow bike above, you can see where I installed the clamp over the muffler, and attached it to the rear subframe. that clamp can be located anywhere along the muffler, so you should be able to accomplish the same thing.

The new header will probably give you a little more ground clearance as well.

What's wrong with your existing muffler?

The muffler that you posted from eBay will also be loud. If you want a quiet exhaust, look for a stock system from a Honda XR50 or a Honda CRF50. You'll need to fabricate a rear mount, but that's easy.

I had the yellow one like weld showed you and I put the new one on in 10 min not even. It will work Im buying a xr70 and its the same ill be ordering one soon.

Just buy another blank 2.50-14 rim from whatever source you choose (eBay, www.bikebandit.com, www.rockymountainatvmc.com, etc.), and have it laced to your existing hub and spokes. Ask a local motorcycle shop for prices. Make sure you buy an aluminum rim to minimize bending.
