Mikuni carb ?

Was riding it on the trails around the property couple days ago. Was trying to go up a small hill on the front side by the gravel road. The quad died at the bottom so started it back up and noticed it wasn't running right. More stalling and missing when giving it throttle to dump the clutch to get going up it. Finally got up it and took it down the gravel road. Still not running right and died as I turned around, so went back and parked it until today. Was going to get back on it thinking maybe it was a peice of dirt and maybe work itself out.

Not the case found a puddle of gas under the quad. Under further looking it's pouring out the drain hose on the float bowl. Drain screw is tight as tight can get without shearing it off. Got any other ideas? Thanks fella's!!!

yer stuck float or a bit of grit under the needle valve..
remove and clean... put a inline filter on..

something I do with all my bikes is every 3rd /4th tank of fuel I
put a splash of injector/carb cleaner in it..
I never have carb probs...

Yep, there was some junk under the needle preventing it from seating all the way. Took the air hose and blew it out. All works great now, thanks!

Next time please lay it out on a paper towel on a clean bench. All those tiny parts and those cracks and that big black hole known as "the floor" scares me to death.

X2 on the inline filter. I have them on everything just because you never know what you may accidentally pour into your tank or what may have been there to begin with.
