I had a slight problem getting the tank to sit right. I had to re-drill the mounting bracket hole down and over to get it lined up. Took me longer to find my drill and 1/4" bit than to do the mod. Looks great and all the original plastic lined up perfect
Did the tank you ordered have a wire harness coming out of the bottom?

No wiring harness. Just fuel line nipple.

Well, I went ahead and ordered a pumper carb with the cable and throttle housing from Aliexpress. I already have a ton of Keihin main jets sitting around, so I will just need a few pilot jets.

Now the waiting game begins.

For future reference, the intake manifold to cylinder head gasket is 33.5 x 3mm. Honda OE part number 91304-KRM-840

I ordered one as well, except on eBay. Looking forward to playing with it.

MegaDan, I received my Carburetor a few days ago. Looks like the Main jet is a 112, and the pilot is a 33. I'm going to use the Mikuni as the starting point for the pump carb. Per the conversion sheet, the Keihin Main jet would be around 135, 138, or 140 when compared to a Mikuni 120 main. Do you know how to convert, or what a Mikuni 30 pilot would convert to in Keihin?

Sorry it took so long for me to notice this question. You could give that 33 a try and see how it runs. Likely going to be a little small, and in that case I would say up to a 38 and see how that behaves.

Thank you for confirming. I'll post my results when after the install.
