Hawk 250 Idle

I have the Nibbi carb. Thought I had it adjusted okay. Starts up and everything but I notice that I have to keep turning the idle down as the bike warms up. Eventually after a while its stable, but in the begining I have to turn it down the first few times I come to a stop. Is this normal or something wrong with my settings?

EDIT: Never goes really high, no more than about 500 rpm up each time but its still annoying.

That's probably perfectly normal, and the colder it is , the more you will have to adjust it in, and back out as it warms up. I start mine, and after pushing the enrichment valve ( choke) back down, I turn the idle knob in a good bit, and as I let it idle, while getting my helmet, and gloves on, it may start idling too fast, so I back it off, and then back it back down again when I get ready to take off. Then usually again at the first stop, I come too. That big idle knob is handy , especially in cooler weather.
