Anyone ever Plasti Dip their Plastic Panels ?

Thinking of trying out a new matte finish look for my TBR7

Will keep in the "blue" spectrum to avoid any title \ registration issues if I get pulled aside by po po

Anyone have any luck with Plasti Dip on any of the Chi-Bikes ?

Thanks

I've never done it but others have and they seem to like it just fine.

Black and Blue is a darker matte blue.

The electric blue on my TBR is not my favorite

My bike's plastics are plastidipped. I've taken it on road and offroad a bunch. The plastidip is still looking pretty good. a couple Nicks, but expected.

I plastidiped all the remaining plastic on my Hellcat matte black. So far it has held up well, I'd do it again.

I dipped the plastic trim under the seat, the side covers, headlight housing, and the front fender, the original blue is underneath, except for the front fender which is aftermarket.

Very very cool...I like how you took the front air scoop panels off the front to give it a naked baby harley feel.

You've done some really cool transformation on that thing

I was really unfamiliar with the Hellcat and Googled it.. who knew it was made by Tao Tao as well.

Yep, I plastidipped red tank wing things black. Held up well so far. Also scuffs can be repaired fairly easy with a new coat of dip.
