2006 Hi-Bird QH-250-GY Six Years to Fix Up.

I got this Hi-Bird back in 2015.
See post http://www.chinariders.net/showpost....10&postcount=9.

For some reason(s), it has taken me six years to actually get it ridable! I finished it up yesterday. I guess it was mainly the break caliper holding me up. I had ordered two or three before I found one from a Hawk 250 that fit correctly.

Still need to remove the DB-200 decals (maybe all the decals). The body panels and tank covers are just some mismatched items I accumulated over years.

She runs pretty good. I replaced the air box with a pod filter and put on a new PZ30 carb with a 100 main jet and a 42 slow jet. Starts right up. I started with 110 main jet but that seemed to run poorly at wide open throttle, same with a 105. Also replaced the stem bearings, battery, ignition switch and all the handlebar controls.
