Inspection Sticker Plates

Does anyone live in NY or in a state that allows you to use an inspection plate for the stickers? If so, what plate are you using and where have you mounted it? They are usually required on the left side.

They just stuck my inspection sticker on the left fork tube...

I didn't want a stupid sticker there. I have always put plates on my bikes. Keeps the forks clean.
