Zongshen RX3 (ZS250GY-3) Engine Videos

The Kayo T6 dirt bike employs the same engine as the new, Zongshen RX3 (ZS250GY-3). Although the engine and transmission share the same oil, the NC250/ZS177MM engine has two oil drain plugs. The engine also has two coarse oil filters, and a fine oil filter. The following video shows how to change the oil, and service the oil filters for the NC250 engine.

In this video, the videographers remove the cylinder head from the engine in a Kayo T6 dirt bike. The videographers also removed many other items from the engine which are not necessary to remove if you only wish to work on the cylinder head.

This video shows how to do a valve job on the cylinder head. In addition, the videographers ported and polished the intake, and exhaust manifolds, as well as the exhaust header.
