2017 bashan enforcer

Am having trouble starting my bashan enforcer 250cc. All it does is click. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated . Also anyone know where to get parts or a manual?

Could be a weak battery or bad cable connections. Have the battery tested to make sure it is good and has no dead cells. Next check that you have a good ground and battery terminals are clean.
