Every time I run across a good project bike in good shape there's always that "No I don't have the title" statement.
 My first bike I owned was a 6 month old Honda CB200 that the previous owner had completely disassemble the engine because it had a broken selector plate for the shift. He definitely wasn't a mechanic lol The guy told me if I wanted I could have it then handed me a box of engine parts and handed over the title.  I had that thing put together and running the next day.
