Hi from Oz

I've just bought my first bike. Not just my first Chinese bike but my first ever motorbike.
In my forties so evidently I'm having a midlife crisis.

I have myself a pretty funky looking Skyteam V-retro to learn on and the plan is to get some experience and begin adventure riding in the future.

Looks like there's some great info on this site, I'm sure I'll be using it a lot over the coming months so many thanks in advance.

Thumbs Up

Chunky bit like the gas gas. Tried one out n it was a tad low. The TR250 skyteam looks nice not a lover of wavy discs tho. Can you post pics of bike and engine. Experienced forum Lads on here will give you the low down on the motor .

Well done.

Congrats on the course you have piloted, bikes can be great fun and also some can teach you patience!

While I now there are various forums to discuss the following questions in detail I'm sure we would all like to know what motivates a person "in the prime of their lives" to buy their first bike.

Where in Oz are you and where did you get your bike from?

What was it about this bike that took your fancy?

What sort of riding do you expect to do ie commute, trail, fun or adventure?

Any mods planned?
