Another find...Verucci Veneto? 49cc

Picked up a bike for her today...$200.

Its a 2005 model w/ the original tank of gas in it...bleecchh...its got 33 miles on it. Just pulled the tank off and tried to clean out the valve/fuel line...think the carbs gummed up too...if I have to I'll take it to the shop but does anyone have links to video on how to clean the carb? I checked on youtube but must have missed the one I needed. Pics soon.

Is it a two stroke? Carb clean should be pretty standard.

www.scrappydogscooters.com has parts.

Remove the carb, take your time and remove the bowl from the bottom. Spray everything liberally with aerosol carb cleaner and make sure it's perfectly clean.

Sounds like a good score!

The reserve valve in the fuel tank is blocked up a bit too I think...unscrewed it and sprayed some carb cleaner through it but I think there is a part that I can unscrew on the bottom too..going to take it all apart tomorrow after church

Good luck getting through Church without thinking about your new bike. I can never do it.

That has a honda horizontal engine. Lots that can be done with that.

Does the carb resemble the one on your lifan?

You can easily pep it up if you want. Carbs are cheap.

Cleaned the carb today...and the fuel tank valve...fired up on first try...wife took it on a test drive...turns out its a two speed? weird. hits about 35-40mph right now. Needs more tuning. She was happy to be riding though.

That is pretty good speed for a 50cc engine. At least its flat in FL.
