Horizontal clone engine with reverse.

Not in a hurry for one, but I going to start gathering parts for my go kart.

Looking for a 90-125cc engine. Prefer one that has 3 speeds and reverse, but a forward/reverse auto will work too.

Clutch or semi-auto?

I was looking at new member sucksqueezebangblow's kart today, and it has three speeds and reverse and it's semi-automatic. Are you looking for used or new?

Used is fine. Cheaper the better. I would be interested in pics of his setup.

This is the engine that his uses, and it's not a bad price including delivery: http://cgi.ebay.ca/SEMI-AUTO-125CC-E...item2c5a807f6c

Send sucksqueezebangblow a PM for photos of his machine.

That looks good. I was thinking that the e start would be good too.

Until they get older I would tell them that it has more than one forward gear.

The semi auto will make the install easier without the need to setup a clutch pedal. Just throttle, brake, shifter.
