Komoto Titled in Maryland

Just an update to the last post that wasn't looking very good to my buddy and me getting our bikes titled. First we had the big issue in MD that the MVA said we didn't have "original certs of origin". So I called Anamcycles and what we ended up doing is they titled them in OK and sent us the titles. The only thing that this meant was that we had to get the bikes inspected. The inspection went through with no problems and we actually made it through the MVA in one visit! We both are on the road legally now!

Anamcycles gets an A+! We even needed a couple of replacement parts that were damaged in shipping and they sent those also! I did have to call a couple of time, but the squeaky wheel got the grease.

So, Anacycle didn't give you the original MSO. They screwed up, it seems. They came thru eventually, but I don't think they deserve A+.

Tim at VBIKE sent me the original MSO, and TXDOT was very happy with it. I got everything taken care of on one trip.

If the "original MSO" is to be on white paper with a brown border, no I never received that. MSO that I was sent had control numbers, watermarks and all that good stuff, but the MVA would not accept it. I guess a B+ would be more reasonable. They did get me on the road though.
