Katz, I can tell you from first-hand experience that the DMV out in GA doesn't want to have anything to do with these bikes. Unless you want to jump through a bunch of hoops, I would say if it's an option, shell the extra cash for the TT250 or the RX-3. It took me almost three weeks to get mine registered out there, and they were less than cooperative. Didn't have any problems at all getting everything for the bike sorted out here in Phoenix. I can walk you through the process if you want to go with a Hawk, but I wanted to get the difficulties laid out in front of you. Keep us posted!
