I wasn't able to stop at the garage door place yesterday. We are going to check some of the parts combines at the farm. John Deere may have used something that will work.

Promptly saved that in my watch list. Thanks!

The reviews are good on the knockoffs too. The good clutches cost the same and I think a belt is better suited for a yard kart.

Will do! To make them work on a standard go cart axle will need a bit of ingenuity, as they are designed for having like a retainer clip and spacer setup on them instead of like a go cart hub has a turn down for a 3/4" nut at the end...

At some point I am going to build a minibike using a 3.5hp tecumseh that I have on a garden tiller. I think that I have enough random stuff to build it except for the clutch.

I can tell you from experience that it's much easier to start with a minibike frame, rather than to build one. They show up on our local CL every week for cheap. I could always ship on to you if you like.

I never see them on craigslist here. If you see a very cheap one let me know. Rural Kansas and Oklahoma seems to not be to up on using craigslist.
