2021 TBR7 Air Box

I've watched several YouTube videos on air box mods. Concerns over getting water and/or engine oil in the air box. I'm curious if the air box on the 2021 TBR7's has been improved over previous model years. There doesn't seem to be any restriction with respect to the air in side.
I was going to paste of pic but too complicated for me to figure out the whole file size limitation thing
