Bike is supposed to be delivered tomorrow between 10 and 2. It's going to be a long 24 hours to go from now

The Eagle has landed.

Sorry if this has already been answered before, I did a quick search on Wiring, but didn't find what I was looking for.

What are the two wire connectors behind the dash? One is green and the other is light blue.

Thanks

Congrats on the arrival! I myself wouldn't worry about that small scratch on the crash bars....I've crashed mine 35 times so that looks like a good start to a bunch of adventures!

Yeah, I had my wife take a pic as I was taking the crate apart, just to see if there were anymore. I'm not going to worry about it, it just gives it character!

I hope you saved those tie-down straps. They certainly come in handy later.

Now get 1000 miles on it and get to know it better. Take it easy the first 500-750 miles cause these motors are tight and need to be broken it. Not babied ,but broken in. Then you will find the tranny and motor smooth out and gets more power and just runs more smoothly. Watch out for loose nuts and bolts if you go banging off road, The luggage can bounce around and loosen bolts up.
If you get a chance , try and meet up with us in Arizona or Utah next week on the Destination Deals ride. I'll buy you a Commemorative "I bought a new Bike" dinner with trimmings. Check the CSC blog for our whereabouts. Joe usually does a good job of letting people know where the group will be for the night and maybe you can hook up with us and ride with us for a day or more.

Thanks for the offer! I don't think I'll be ready for a muliti-state ride by next week, but I'll take a raincheck for the next one!

Now the wait begins. We have all been there. Anticipation. Then the truck shows up and......SHOW TIME. Try to take your time. I recommend having a box cutter, hammer, nail puller, and couple cold beers for afterward. Oh, have someone take some pictures for us. Make sure you save those neat nylon straps because they come in handy later. Enjoy!
