Welcome! Do you have spark at the spark plug?

I suspect you have a bad CDI unit. Do you have a spare CDI unit? If not, can you borrow one?

Do you own a ZS200GY-2, or a ZS200GY-A motorcycle? The ZS200GY-2 uses a different CDI unit than most Chinese motorcycles.

If you can, please post a photograph of your motorcycle, and we can identify it. You can also check your owner's manual. We can also identify your bike by it's wheels. What size wheels does your bike have?

If you have a size 2.75-21, front tire, you must have the ZS200GY-A bike. Therefore, the CDI unit you ordered will probably work well for you. After it arrives, please let us know if the CDI unit solved your starting problems. If I may ask, where do you live?

Having a spare CDI unit is good practice, so don't feel bad you got one. You now need to start at the spark plug, and work you way back to the stator.

First, make sure you have the proper, genuine, NGK spark plug. The Chinese make very deceptive, fake, NGK spark plugs. Then examine your spark plug boot, and the wire connection inside it. If you don't have a good spark plug boot, I suggest you get a genuine, NGK, spark plug boot. Then put a multimeter across the ignition coil terminals, and check for the proper resistance. Check all wiring connections to ensure they are tight. If all these measures don't fix your problem, you need to check the voltage coming from the stator to your CDI unit.
