I love the gas tank on the e-bike. I bet it's tempting to use it as a flask.

The controller box for the electric motor and the extra wiring is housed in that tank. The kit came with the controller and batteries mounted on the rear cargo rack, but low speed handling was difficult with all that weight on the back.
I should be able to find a place on it to mount a good flask.
