I don't know of any adapter cable which will connect the Delphi plug to an OBD2 scan tool. Therefore, I am going to make one, using the parts I mentioned in post #33 of this thread.

I'm sure the plug will work, but I will verify it operates properly after the bikes arrive, and I can test it. At that time I will post a thread on the topic, with photos. If you wish, I can also make an adapter for you.

I don't know about the Harley Davidson system, since I haven't seen a diagram of their OBD2 conector.
