There are so many choices for an urban commuter. If you are dead set on a 150cc bike, I would look hard at a Lifan KP 150 mini. If you are flexible on engine size, that opens up your choices. There are all the Grom clones and mini monsters. If you want to go bigger, check out jerryhawk250. He has a new street bike. He has some videos on YouTube. Keep us posted on what you decide on!
